It took me many years to start drinking water on its own. I was in my 30s already and all through my teens and 20s, I hated drinking water. Instead, I drank all sorts of unhealthy liquids instead. As I got into my 30s, I began to realise just how important water was to my overall health and well-being. Now, I always have a bottle of water by my side that is filled and refilled throughout the day.
